How to download Pinterest videos on PC and Mac

On a desktop or laptop, downloading a Pinterest video takes a few seconds in any browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox — with no software to install. Paste a pin link below to begin.

Step by step on a computer

1. Copy the pin URL. Open the video pin on pinterest.com and copy the URL from your browser’s address bar (or use Share → Copy link).
2. Paste it into GetPinVideo. Go to getpinvideo.com, paste the link into the box and click Download.
3. Click a quality to save. Choose the resolution you want and the MP4 saves to your browser’s download folder, ready to play or edit.

Where the file is saved

The MP4 saves to your browser’s download location — usually the Downloads folder on Windows or macOS. You can change where files go in your browser settings, or right-click the quality button and choose Save link as… to pick a folder.
